Hit shift+ctrl+c to bring up the cheat menu and type in one of the following codes.

move_objects on Allows you to move and delete things you couldn't before, including your Sims.
move_objects off Turns previous cheat and it's effects off.
boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true (This cheat is case sensitive) Once the cheat has been entered, hold down shift and left click on any Sim or object. You'll get new options.
boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled false Turns previous cheat and it's effects off.
addneighbortofamilycheat [on/off] If turned on, you can add NPC's to the current household by Shift+Left-clicking on the NPC.*
forcetwins Using this cheat on a pregnant sim, this will change the pregnancy into a twin birth
Plumbbobtoggle [on/off] Can make the overhead plumbob invisible. Ideal for machinimas or if you don't like them period
aging on turns aging on again
aging off turns aging off
maxMotives Sets all needs for every sim on the lot to full.
motiveDecay (on/off) Toggles motive decay on or off.
aspirationPoints # Adds the selected number of aspiration points to the total of the selected sim.
lockAspiration (on/off) Toggles aspiration decay on or off.
aspirationLevel (0-5) Changes aspiration level. 0 = lowest rung; 5 = platinum aspiration.
Sethour # Change Time (# is a number from 0-23)
